Rhea Kapoor tied the knot with longtime boyfriend Karan Boolani on August 14 in an intimate at-home wedding. The ceremony was held at Anil Kapoor's Juhu bungalow and was attended by just a few close friends and family. Now, Karan has shared the 'true story' of how he fell in love with Rhea along with a bunch of photos from their wedding dinner.
Sharing how he fell in love with Rhea, Karan adorably wrote, "True story : we met on a movie set, she was new, I tried to bully her, ended up falling madly in love." The bride's father and Bollywood star Anil Kapoor left a fire emoji in the comments thread of Karan's post; Rhea's cousin Anshula posted a string of hearts. Karan Boolani didn't disclose which movie set they met on - he worked on the 2010 film Aisha which Rhea produced and which starred her sister Sonam Kapoor Ahuja.
Post their hush-hush wedding, Rhea and Karan hosted a wedding dinner on Monday which was also attended by family members and close friends. Sonam Kapoor Ahuja, Anand Ahuja, Harsh Varrdhan Kapoor, Arjun Kapoor, Anshula Kapoor, Shanaya Kapoor, Khushi Khushi, Boney Kapoor, Sanjay and Maheep Kapoor, Masaba Gupta & Kunal Rawal were seen attending the wedding ceremony.
