'I have not made enough money to afford a wife,' says Aamir Khan's younger brother Faissal Khan on his plan to remarry

Aamir Khan's younger brother Faissal Khan is all set to return to Bollywood as an actor in his directorial debut titled Faactory. The film will release in theatres on September 3, 2021. Faissal, who played the leading role for the first time in Madhosh (1994), went on to star in Mela (2000) too. However, his career never got the much-needed boost. His last film was Chinar: Daastaan-E-Ishq (2015). Now, after many years, he is back with Faactory

Over the years, Faissal hasn't been active in the media and not much about his personal life is known. It seems Faissal went through a troubled marriage in the past. Talking to a leading daily, the actor-director opened up about remarriage. He said, "Unfortunately, I have not made enough money to afford a wife and I don’t have any girlfriend, because having one is also an expensive affair. A wife is even more expensive. Picture hit ho toh ladki dhoodna shuru karu."

Faissal, who shares a troubled relationship with his brother Aamir, spoke about their current equation. "Everything is okay between us. As an individual I take my own decisions. I am not a director who doesn’t know what he has made. I have given my best and my producers have helped me with it. God’s and the audience’s verdict remains to be seen," he shared.

Reacting to Aamir and Kiran Rao's divorce, Faissal said, "I cannot give them any advice. My marriage didn’t work out, so I am no one to comment on anyone’s personal life. They know what is best for them."
