Ayesha Shroff, the wife of Jackie Shroff and mother of Tiger Shroff, had filed a case against actor Sahil Khan in 2015 and had accused him of cheating and criminal intimidation. Now, on Wednesday, the Bombay High Court quashed two FIRs registered against Sahil in Mumbai.
Reportedly, Justices S S Shinde and N J Jamadar quashed both the FIRs registered by the Bandra police. The decision was taken after Ayesha and Sahil's lawyer told the court that they had settled the dispute amicably. As per reports, Ayesha told the High Court that she had also raised an issue of non-payment of dues by Sahil worth over Rs 4 crore in her complaint, but she decided not to pursue the claim or any other allegations made in the two FIRs.

The bench of Justices S S Shinde and N J Jamadar reportedly accepted Ayesha and Sahil's lawyer's statements and quashed the FIRs and noted that the case seemed to have arisen out of a “business dispute". However, the court has reportedly imposed a cost of Rs 1 lakh on Sahil and stated that the money will go to the Maharashtra child welfare committee for the “welfare of children under the state’s care".
