Ever since the film's announcement, there was a lot of buzz and anticipation among the audience to meet Freddy. Starring the nation’s heartthrob Kartik Aaryan in the titular role opposite Alaya F, the upcoming romantic thriller is touted to be one of the most awaited projects of the year. 

Interestingly, the crew has wrapped the film and to celebrate and capture the memorable occasion, producers Ekta Kapoor and Jay Shewakramani threw a wrap-up party for the entire cast and crew yesterday night. Along with the key cast members Kartik Aaryan, Alaya F, Shashanka Ghosh, many others were present at the success bash. Nisha Sareen, Ramesh Taurani with his wife Varsha Taurani, Akshay Puri and Anita Hassanandani attended the star-studded event.

Speaking about Freddy, Ekta said, "When it is hard to bid goodbye to a set, you know that you have successfully created a world that will strike a chord with the audience. Freddy is one of those films. There was no better way to wrap the shoot than celebrating it with the entire team. I can’t wait for everyone to see the magic that Kartik, Alaya, Shashanka and the team have created on-screen.”

While sharing his excitement, Jay said, "We all had a blast while shooting the film, and we wanted to finish on the same note as well. Freddy is one of the most inspiring scripts, and the team elevated the entire project. I wanted to celebrate their hard work and passion that brought the vision alive."

Directed by Shashanka Ghosh, Freddy is jointly produced by Balaji Telefilms and Northern Lights Films and marks the first collaboration between the two production houses.
