Tadap Trailer: Unconditional love for Tara Sutaria transforms 'hero' Ahan Shetty into villain

Suniel Shetty's son Ahan Shetty is foraying into cinema with Milan Luthria's passionate love story titled Tadap. His leading lady is Tara Sutaria. The film is the official Hindi remake of the Telugu film RX100 (2018). After much wait and delay due to the pandemic, Tadap is ready to release in theatres on December 3, 2021. The makers of Tadap released its trailer today. Amitabh Bachchan launched it first on social media.

The trailer of Tadap begins with the introduction of Ishana (Ahan). The film set in Mussoorie, Uttarakhand, revolves around his love story with Ramisa (Tara). As the romance between them brews, things take an unfortunate turn, transforming 'hero' Ishana into the 'villain' of his own love story. The trailer of Ahan's debut film looks promising. The young actor owns every scene with his aggression, passion and intensity whereas Tara looks beautiful. The music of Tadap is one of the highlights.

Raw, intense, passionate and musically uplifting, the trailer of the film gives audiences a glimpse of the intriguing ride in store. Going by the film's trailer, Tadap is anything but your typical candy floss, run-of-the-mill romance. It is in fact character-driven, with a plot that will leave you at the edge of your seats. While Ahan takes on a challenging role in his very first film, Tara steps into the shoes of an unconventional character that shows us a different side of her. More strikingly it is Pritam’s signature music that makes this offering even better.

Mr Bachchan, who launched the trailer, wished Ahan good luck for his debut film. He wrote, "Ahan .. we saw you grow up .. and today its a huge pleasure and honour to introduce you to the World of cinema, through your maiden effort ‘Tadap’ .. all the blessings and good wishes .."

Talking about the film, director Milan said, “Tadap is a dark love story, and an extremely unusual debut film. Ahan Shetty and Tara Sutaria have author backed roles. Their chemistry shines through in a story that has intense romance, action and soulful music. Tadap is an eye opener and reflects the changing tastes of our audiences. Get ready for a thrilling ride”

Producer Sajid Nadiadwala added, “It took a great deal of patience and determination to bring this gem of a film to audiences in the midst of a pandemic. Everything from the story, the performances, the chemistry between the lead pair and the music makes ‘Tadap’ a film that you don’t want to miss.”

Tadap is presented and co-produced by Fox Star Studios and Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment.
