Bhumi Pednekar is currently on a signing spree. After wrapping two of the most anticipated films of 2022- Raksha Bandhan and Badhaai Do, the actress has bagged some interesting projects. Bhumi will be paired with Arjun Kapoor in Ajay Bahl's suspense-thriller titled The Lady Killer. The film was announced on October 11.

Reportedly, Bhumi will be seen playing the role of a self-destructive woman whereas Arjun will essay the character of a small-town playboy. The actors are collaborating for the first time. The Lady Killer is said to be laced with thrilling twists and nerve-racking suspense. The first poster of the film was unveiled on October 11 along with the announcement.

Workwise, Bhumi has signed Anubhav Sinha and Bhushan Kumar's Bheed co-starring Rajkummar Rao. She will be headlining Shah Rukh Khan's Red Chillies Entertainment's film Bhakshak. Bhumi will be seen with Vicky Kaushal and Kiara Advani in Shashank Khaitan's film. On the other hand, Arjun has been roped in to play one of the lead characters in Aasman Bhardwaj's directorial debut Kuttey. He will be seen in Ek Villain Returns with John Abraham, Tara Sutaria and Disha Patani. 

The Lady Killer is produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar and Shaailesh R Singh. The Ajay Bahl directorial is presented by Gulshan Kumar & T-Series in association with Karma Media & Entertainment.
