Priyanka Chopra Jonas is a trend-setter and there is no doubt about that. From conquering global cinema to publishing her tell-all autobiography at the peak of her career, she has done it all. Recently, Priyanka purchased a lavish new house in Los Angeles with her husband Nick Jonas. Being a 'desi girl' at heart, the actress hosted her first Diwali party in the new house for her friends. The party was attended by celebrities like Chrissy Teigen among several others.  

Priyanka shared some pictures of her newly done lavish mansion on Instagram. What caught everyone's attention was Priyanka and Nick's wedding gathbandhan. The star couple got their wedding gathbandhan framed and put it up on their wall. The gathbandhan, which is tied during Hindu weddings, signifies the union of two individuals and is testimony to the vows they exchange.

Priyanka and Nick got married in Jodhpur on December 1 and 2, 2018. They had two wedding ceremonies; one was according to Hindu rituals and the other was a White Wedding. It was one of the most monetised weddings.

For Diwali, Priyanka wore a white lacy lehenga by Falguni and Shane Peacock whereas Nick was in a Sabyasachi kurta-pyjama set.
