Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif issue ‘no mobile’ request to guests at impending wedding?

Vicky Kaushal’s and Katrina Kaif’s December wedding is the most anticipated event of the year. However, the wedding is shrouded in a veil of secrecy as the couple has not announced their special day yet. Still, details about the impending nuptials are slowly trickling in. Now, the latest buzz is that the wedding which will be taking place at a luxurious fort-resort in Jaipur, Rajasthan will have a ‘no mobile phones’ policy.

An online portal reported that Vicky and Katrina have imposed a no-mobile diktat for guests at the wedding venue. The event management agency has been asked to ensure that no photos or videos make it to social media from the wedding without their knowledge. The portal quoted a source, “This is a big day for both of them, so it’s obvious that they are going all-out to ensure that there is no situation where photos and videos are being leaked on social media without them knowing. Katrina and Vicky are hands-on with the wedding prep and there is an elaborate team put in place to ensure privacy and security.”

Apparently, there will be a designated area at the venue beyond which one won’t be allowed the use of mobile phones. The wedding will see a horde of family members and friends of the couple besides A-list Bollywood celebrities, and this rule will apply to everyone. Reportedly, besides their families, the guest list includes Karan Johar, Ali Abbas Zafar, Kabir Khan and Mini Mathur, Rohit Shetty, Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani, Varun Dhawan and Natasha Dalal and more.

Earlier, Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Nick Jonas’ wedding and Deepika Padukone’s and Ranveer Singh’s nuptials also had similar requests from their guests.
