Salman Khan confirms his docuseries titled Beyond The Star, reveals it was rumoured girlfriend Iulia Vantur's idea

Salman Khan has confirmed his docuseries. Titled Beyond The Star, it will trace the journey of the superstar in the film industry, his stardom, equations with people in the fraternity, controversies, and much more. His friends, family members, co-stars, directors and producers will be narrating his story. In an interview with a media agency, Salman spoke about Beyond The Star.

The superstar revealed it was his rumoured girlfriend, Romanian actor-model Iulia Vantur's idea to make a docuseries on him. "My docuseries is Beyond the Star. Iulia had thought of it and I felt it was a good concept. Whoever I have worked with, staff, friends, co-stars, directors, producers will talk about how I was earlier and how I am now. She narrated it to Andre (Timmins, Wiz Films) and he took it to Applause Entertainment and they finalised this. It is a very good project," Salman told.

Salman told the agency that he had planned to start working on Beyond the Star after completing his films but ended up doing it first. He further said that the docuseries will be an honest account of his journey on and off the cameras. "Everyone has come in to talk. People have come and spoken honest things. People who didn’t like things have also spoken and those who liked have also spoken. So the entire journey has been in a way captured. It is as honest (as possible). And it is fun," he added. 

Workwise, Salman is seen in Antim: The Final Truth which is currently running in cinema halls.
