Karan Johar took to social media to share an update about his highly-awaited production venture Brahmastra that stars Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor in the lead and is directed by Ayan Mukerji. Karan shared that Ranbir’s character Shiva will be unveiled and introduced with a motion poster at an exclusive fan event that can be attended by fans.
Sharing the deets about the event, KJo wrote, “Holding my breath in anticipation & folding my hands in invitation. The air seems to stand still around me, as I call out to all the fans who have waited patiently for just this moment - Join the epic trio of #Brahmastra at a grand stage that we've set to introduce our Shiva!”

Brahmastra also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna Akkineni and Mouni Roy and is a sci-fi trilogy. The film’s release date is also anticipated to be announced during the fan event on December 15.
