A few days after mother Maheep Kapoor, Shanaya Kapoor has also tested positive for COVID-19. The star kid informed everyone about the same on Instagram. Shanaya, who is all set to make her Bollywood debut soon with a Dharma Productions film, wrote on Instagram that she is 'feeling okay and has mild symptoms'. 

On her Instagram story on Wednesday evening, Shanaya wrote, "I have tested positive for COVID-19. As of today, I have mild symptoms, but I'm feeling ok and have isolated myself. I had tested negative four days ago, however, while testing again as precaution, the results came positive. I am following the protocol given by my doctor and health professionals. If you have been in contact with me, request you to please get tested. Stay safe everyone."

Maheep's husband, actor Sanjay Kapoor had earlier confirmed the news of his wife testing positive for COVID-19. He said, "Yes, she is Covid positive with mild symptoms and she has self-isolated." 

Kareena Kapoor Khan and Amrita Arora had also tested positive for COVID-19 on Monday.
