After much wait, the first glimpse of Vijay Deverakonda's Hindi debut Liger has been released. The Puri Jagannadh-directed pan-India film also stars Ananya Panday, Ramya Krishnan, Ronit Roy and Vishu Reddy among others. Former American boxer Mike Tyson will be featuring in Liger too.
In the first glimpse teaser of Liger, Vijay is introduced as a slumdog from the streets of Mumbai and also a chaiwala. As Liger, the actor shows aggression, passion and attitude to make it big and represent India on a global platform. He packs punches in the boxing ring.

Liger is releasing on August 25, 2022, in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam. It is jointly produced by Puri Jagannadh, Karan Johar and Charmme Kaur.
