Once again, the country is witnessing a rise in COVID-19 cases. Not just that, the Omicron variant of the virus has become a cause of concern. According to Maharashtra Covid Task Force members, the third wave has started in Mumbai. Amid this, Ekta Kapoor has contracted the virus.
The producer informed on social media. On Instagram, Ekta shared a post and wrote, "Despite taking all precautions, I have tested COVID positive. I am fine and I request everyone who has come in contact with me to please test themselves."
This morning, John Abraham informed that he contracted the virus after coming in contact with a COVID-19 positive person. His wife Priya Runchal is also positive for COVID-19. They are currently home quarantined.
