Bajrangi Bhaijaan's Munni aka Harshaali Malhotra, all of 13, made a name for herself in Bollywood and television with hard work at a young age. Though she is missing from the big screen for quite some time, Harshaali is active on social media and stays connected to her fans. Recently, she shared an important achievement with netizens on Instagram.
Harshaali received the prestigious Bharat Ratna Dr Ambedkar Award for her work in Bajrangi Bhaijaan. The current Governor of Maharashtra, Bhagat Singh Koshyari, presented her with the award at an event held on January 9 at the Raj Bhavan in Mumbai. Sharing a picture from the ceremony, Harshaali wrote, "Blessed to receive Bharat Ratna Dr. Ambedkar national award from Shri. Bhagat Singh koshyari ( Governor of Maharashtra)."
Posing with the award, Harshaali thanked Salman Khan, director Kabir Khan and casting director Mukesh Chhabra for believing in her. "This award is dedicated to @beingsalmankhan @kabirkhankk @castingchhabra uncle for believing in me…And for full @Bajrangibhaijaan team. Bharat Ratna Dr. Ambedkar national award from Shri Bhagat Singh Koshyari (Governor of Maharashtra)."
Apart from Bajrangi Bhaijaan, Harshaali has done TV shows like Laut Aao Trisha (2012) and Qubool Hai (2012) to name a few.
