Abhishek Bachchan is on cloud nine today as he has double cause for happiness. Not only is he celebrating his 46^th birthday today but he has already started shooting for his new film Ghoomer. Taking to social media, Abhishek shared an interesting update about his upcoming project. He announced his collaboration with director R Balki for Ghoomer and revealed that the film went on floors today.

Taking to Instagram, Abhishek shared a pic of a clapboard placed in front of Lord Ganesha’s pic to seek blessings. The clapboard had the film’s name Ghoomer written on it with information about R Balki being the director and Vishal Sinha as the DOP.

Abhishek captioned the picture, “Can’t ask for a better birthday present! Birthdays are best spent, working. Now spinning!”

Ghoomer marks Abhishek’s second collaboration with R Balki after their 2009 release Paa which also featured his dad Amitabh Bachchan and Vidya Balan in lead roles. Amitabh also commented on Abhishek’s post and wished him for the film and for his birthday. Big B wrote, “ Ghoomer .”
