Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff are all set to collaborate for the very first time for 'the biggest action entertainer'. The action heroes announced Pooja Films' Bade Miyan Chote Miyan this morning with a power-packed announcement teaser. The film was supposed to be announced on February 6 but was postponed due to the demise of legendary singer Lata Mangeshkar.
Directed and written by Ali Abbas Zafar, Bade Miyan Chote Miyan will present Akshay as Bade Miyan and Tiger as Chote Miyan. The film will release on Christmas 2023. In the teaser, Tiger and Akshay are seen doing high-octane action and beating up the villains but individually. When the two bump into each other, we see them interact with each other and it is revealed that they both are there to make an announcement about their films. Akshay asks Tiger about the release date of his film. Tiger replies it's coming out on Christmas 2023. AK asks whether he wants to clash with him. When Tiger denies it, Akshay asks him the name of the film to which Tiger replies saying, "Chote Miyan." When asked about the name of his film, Akshay says, "Bade Miyan." He then suggests a collab and they join hands as the music of Bade Miyan Chote Miyan plays in the background.
Sharing the announcement teaser, Akshay wrote, "The year you debuted in this world, I debuted in films. Phir bhi muqabla karoge Chote Miyan? Chal phir ho jaye full-on action! @tigerjackieshroff #BadeMiyanChoteMiyan Christmas 2023." Tiger, on the other hand, wrote, "Double Action, Double Dhamaka!! Ready Bade @akshaykumar akshaykumar toh khiladiyo ki tarah dikhaye heropanti ? So excited to present to you all , the Biggest action entertainer ever #BadeMiyanChoteMiyan"
Akshay and Tiger's Bade Miyan Chote Miyan carries the same name as David Dhawan's film which was made in 1988 with Amitabh Bachchan, Govinda, Raveena Tandon and Ramya Krishnan. However, Ali's version is going to be loaded with action.
