Kajol and Revathy's film Salaam Venky, formerly titled The Last Hurrah, went on floors today. Starring Kajol in the lead, the film is directed by actress-turned-director Revathy. As the first schedule of Salaam Venky kickstarted, the actress and director posed for pictures.
As per reports, Salaam Venky is inspired by an unbelievably true story and real characters. It will showcase a tale of a praiseworthy mother, who battled the most difficult circumstances. Other details of the film are kept under tight wraps as of now.
