For the first time, Alia Bhatt has teamed up with Ranbir Kapoor for Ayan Mukerji's Brahmastra. The mythological fantasy film played a key role in sparking off love between the two. Ahead of Valentine's Day, the makers of Brahmastra dropped in an unseen picture of Alia and Ranbir from the film's set.

In the picture, Ranbir and Alia look lost in each other's eyes. The former plays Shiva whereas the latter is Isha. Holding hands, Ranbir and Alia made many hearts melt. The actors will be seen romancing each other in Brahmastra, a trilogy.

Brahmastra also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Mouni Roy and Nagarjuna. Shah Rukh Khan has a cameo in the film. The first part, titled Shiva, will release in theatres on September 9, 2022. Produced by Fox Star Studios, Dharma Productions, Prime Focus and Starlight Pictures, the magnum opus will release in 5 Indian languages – Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada
