'My first fight in showbiz was with acceptance as my initial films didn't work at the box office, Bahubali gave me a boost,' says Prabhas

Born to film producer Uppalapati Surya Narayana Raju, pan-India superstar Prabhas has seen the highs and lows that the film industry has to offer. In an acting career of 2 decades, he has tasted success and failure too. During a press interaction for his upcoming film, Radhe Shyam, Prabhas spoke about the additional pressure that came along given the fact that he comes from a family of producers and actors.

When PeepingMoon asked Prabhas about the same, the superstar said, "I did feel the pressure in the first few years of my career. I have seen my father go through a tough period. My first fight in the film industry was with acceptance. My first film just earned one and a half crores at the box office; the second one failed too. After the third film, things took a better turn for me. Then Bahubali happened. Bahubali gave me and my career a boost."

Does Prabhas intend to venture into production? The superstar told during the interaction, "My father was a producer, I have seen his tough times. I have cousins and friends into production as well. I am aware of the stress they go through. I am in the best phase of my life, people are giving me the best roles, why should I get into production?
