Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor are tying the knot next week and gossip mills are working overtime. The celebrated couple of tinsel town will be tying the knot on April 17 followed by a reception on April 18. Now, with less than 10 days left for the wedding of the year, there are rumours that Alia might add Kapoor to her last name.

A news portal's report had a source's quote. The source shared, "After her wedding, Neetu Singh changed her name to Neetu Kapoor. Her to-be daughter-in-law, Alia Bhatt, is contemplating doing the same. The actress plans to change her name to Alia Bhatt Kapoor and she will be using the same for her future movie credits. But Ranbir Kapoor is not very keen on it. He wants Alia to just keep her last name Bhatt."

Alia's uncle Robin Bhatt confirmed to a Hindi publication that the wedding will happen at RK Studios on April 17 with only family and friends in attendance. The couple will host a reception on April 18.
