After much speculation and delay, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor are finally all set to tie the knot today. The Bollywood couple will get married at Ranbir's ancestral home RK house in Mumbai. Alia and Ranbir's pre-wedding festivities kicked off yesterday with a Mehendi function.
Now, the couple's Mehendi playlist has been leaked and well, it was filled with some amazing numbers. Not only impromptu dance but there were performances as well. Ranbir's cousins Karisma Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor Khan, sister Riddhima Kapoor Sahni & mother Neetu Kapoor reportedly performed at the Mehendi ceremony. Mehendi Hai Rachne Wali, Dholida, Cutie Pie, Tenu Leke Jawa were the tracks on which the family danced at the Mehendi ceremony. Masterji, who has been part of all the Kapoor family weddings for decades, joined in to do the rehearsals.
This morning, ahead of Alia-Ranbir's wedding, Neetu and Riddhima were snapped arriving for one of the pre-wedding functions. From the looks of it, it seemed like the mother-daughter duo was all decked up for RK's Haldi which usually takes place before Phere.
On the work front, the couple will be seen sharing space in Ayan Mukerji's upcoming superhero fantasy adventure epic Brahmastra, which also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Mouni Roy and Nagarjuna Akkineni. The film will hit theatres on September 9, in five languages - Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada.
