Jacqueline Fernandez moves Delhi Court to travel abroad after Enforcement Directorate seizes her passport in conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar money laundering case

Jacqueline Fernandez approached a Delhi Court seeking permission to travel outside the country for 15 days. In her application she has said that her passport has been seized by the Enforcement Directorate as she has been under the radar for her assets worth over Rs 7 crores. The actress has been linked to a Rs 200 crore fraud case revolving around conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar. 

According to ANI, Jacqueline moved an application in a Delhi court seeking permission to travel to Abu Dhabi for the upcoming IIFA Awards. “She has also sought the court’s permission to travel to Abu Dhabi, France and Nepal," the agency reported.

An active 'Look Out Circular' against the actress has been out after her name popped up in the investigation. The actress is not allowed to leave the country; she was detained last year at Mumbai International Airport with regard to the case. Reportedly, Jacqueline has said that she had no choice but to comply with the authorities as she is a foreign national.
