Kartik Aaryan is basking in the success of his latest film Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 and is cloud nine with the stupendous success it has received at the box office. Now, in a recent interview, the actor revealed that he would like to be a part of a Marvel film. However, he also noted that despite the success of his recent films, he has a long way to go. He also heaped praise on his contemporaries such as Alia Bhatt for her exceptional performance in Gangubai Kathiawadi.
In a conversation with a magazine, Kartik spoke about the film’s success among other things. When he was asked if he has seen a movie poster or trailer in recent times that he felt he wanted to be a part of, Kartik said, “Recently, I saw Dr. Strange in the theatre, and I was like, I want to be part of a Marvel universe. They really know how to create magic."
When asked about an actor’s performance that bowled him, the actor said, “I can't think of just one. There are so many great actors in our industry and so many of my contemporaries have been giving some amazing performances, like Alia Bhatt in Gangubai Kathiawadi, which was just superb, and so many more." Alia's Gangubai Kathiawadi and Kartik's Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 are among the top three Bollywood films of this year that garnered good moolah at the box office; the third film is The Kashmir Files.
Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 also stars Tabu, Kiara Advani, Sanjay Mishra, Rajpal Yadav, Ashwini Kalsekar, Milind Gunaji and Rajesh Sharma. It is directed by Anees Bazmee and is expected to cross Rs 150 crore in its third weekend.
