Ranbir Kapoor is on a roll, both professionally and personally. After tying the knot with Alia Bhatt on April 14, the actor is all set for two back-to-back mega releases - Brahmastra and Shamshera. At the trailer launch of Shamshera this afternoon, the actor was asked how he feels about having 2 big releases right after his wedding.
Talking about his marriage to Alia, the actor said, "But I think this was a big year for me, I got married this year. It has been a very beautiful thing in my life. I used to say in my films that 'shadi is dal chawal for 50 years. Life mai thoda tangdi kebab, keema pav, hakka noodles hone chahiye, but boss zindagi ke tajorbe ke baad, dal chawal hi best hai, aur kuch nahi chahiye. Vo dal chawal mai tadka hai, achar hai, kanda hai pyaaz hai. So I couldn't have asked for a better partner."
Directed by Karan Malhotra, this action extravaganza has been produced by Aditya Chopra and is set to release in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu on July 22, 2022.
