Alia Bhatt gave a sweet surprise to all her fans by announcing her pregnancy. On Monday, the actress shared a picture from one of her sonography sessions and confirmed that her baby with Ranbir Kapoor is "coming soon". Hours after making the news official, Alia changed her Instagram profile picture.
If you closely look at the picture, it seems to be from the moment Ranbir proposed to Alia during one of their vacations. The actor can be seen holding a ring box in his hand. Alia had a huge smile on her face as she hugged him.
Ranbir's mother, veteran actress Neetu Kapoor, had shared the same picture to congratulate the parents-to-be. Alia reacted to the post and wrote, "My favourite picture (sic)" with multiple heart emojis.
Announcing her pregnancy, Alia wrote, "Our baby ….. coming soon (sic)"
After dating for 5 years, Ranbir and Alia tied the knot on April 14 at their Bandra residence.
