Once again, rumours of Athiya Shetty and KL Rahul's wedding surfaced this week. According to the new buzz, the wedding is scheduled to take place in the next three months from now. But it is true? Athiya's superstar father Suniel Shetty clarified the rumour.
Reacting to the rumours, Suniel, once again, dismissed them as false. When contacted by a radio channel, the actor said, "No, nothing has been planned yet!" In the past, Suniel has openly spoken about Athiya's wedding and has been denying rumours around the same.

In May this year, when rumours of Athiya and Rahul's wedding were rife, Suniel told a leading daily, "My blessings are always with them. It is for them to decide what they want to do because times have changed. Beti aur beta dono hi responsible hai. I would like them to take the decision. My blessings are always there for them."
Athiya is an actress. She made her debut in films with Hero in 2015. She starred in Mubarakan too. She hasn't announced her next film after Motichoor Chaknachoor in 2019. KL Rahul is the vice-captain of the India national cricket team.
