On Sunday, the first song from Brahmastra titled Kesariya was released. Picturised on Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt, the romantic song was much awaited. While listeners loved it and admired the couple's chemistry, a section of people found 'Love Storiya' a misfit. Soon, they trolled the lyricist, Amitabh Bhattacharya's choice of words on social media. Ranbir, who was promoting his upcoming film Shamshera in Delhi, reacted to the memes and trolling.
The actor told at an event in Delhi, “No, it’s great! See listen, we as filmmakers and artists create something and it is up to the audience to receive it how they do. We are very excited about the song and it’s got a lot of love. Today, memes and trolling is all part of life and it’s fine as long as people enjoy the song, Pritam’s music and Arijit Singh’s singing. I want them to enjoy my chemistry with Alia and that’s what the endeavour is."
