Ranbir Kapoor made many heads turn with his replies during an interaction with an entertainment portal. While playing a fun game with the reporter, the actor had to share two truths and one lie. He said, "I am having twins, I am going to be part of a very big mythological film, I am taking a long break from work." The twins comment was taken pretty seriously. Reacting to her husband's remark, Alia Bhatt said in an interview, "apne hi paer pe kulhadi maar di".

Alia, who is promoting her film Darlings, reacted to Ranbir's comment and told, "Oh god, f**k, pardon my French. Singular. Ranbir was doing some joke on some reel and apne hi paer pe unhone kulhadi maar di. Clearly humare paas dearth of info aur news hai toh yeh bhi ek news item ban gaya hai. The world should pray for health, happiness and goodness for me and Ranbir… Mujhe bhi baad me pata chala."

After the interview went viral, fans had multiple queries. Reacting to his twins comment at Shamshera's event in Delhi, Ranbir told, "Don’t create controversy. They asked me to state three things: two truths and a lie. Now I can’t reveal what is the truth, and what is the lie."

Alia and Ranbir are expecting their first child in December, as per reports.
