Ranbir Kapoor visited Chennai today for the promotions of his upcoming film Brahmastra. While Alia Bhatt and Ayan Mukerji remained absent, his co-star Nagarjuna was present along with SS Rajamouli. Brahmastra releases on September 9.

As Ranbir, Nagarjuna and Rajamouli arrived for the press meet, they received a grand welcome. Traditional Chenda Melam music was played by professionals who surrounded the trio as they entered the press meet's venue.

Ranbir enjoyed traditional Tamil cuisine served on a banana leaf. A video of the actor savouring the delicacies went viral on social media. Ranbir ditched a spoon, fork and knife and won appreciation from fans.

Brahmastra, directed by Ayan, releases in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada.
