Akshay Kumar, who is said to be an avid property investor, has reportedly sold off one of his properties in Mumbai last month. Reportedly, the superstar's apartment located in Transcon Triumph-Tower 1, A-2104, Andheri West, has been sold off to music director Daboo Malik and his wife Jyoti Malik

Daboo and Jyoti are the parents of Amaal and Armaan Malik. According to reports, the property spread across a carpet area of 1,281 sq ft with a 59-sq ft balcony was given to the new residents for Rs 6 crores. Reportedly, Akshay purchased the house in November 2017 for Rs 4.12 crores.

As per a report, Akshay has multiple properties in Mumbai including spaces in Andheri West, Juhu, Borivali East and Mulund West among others. 

Workwise, Akshay has multiple releases lined up. His upcoming film Ram Setu is scheduled for a Diwali release. Apart from that, he has Selfiee, Gorkha, OMG 2, Soorarai Pottru's remake, Capsule Gill and Bade Miyan Chote Miyan.
