Afsana Khan opens up about being questioned by NIA in Sidhu Moosewala's assassination case, hits back at reports claiming she was arrested & had connections with gangsters

Five months after Sidhu Moosewala's assassination, the National Investigation Agency (NIA) summoned Afsana Khan for questioning. As the investigation into the tragic incident continues, the Punjabi singer was reportedly interrogation for five hours recently. For the unversed, Sidhu and Afsana were close to each other and shared a sibling-like bond. As per reports, Afsana was questioned on why exactly Sidhu was on the radar of the Lawrence Bishnoi gangster group.

After the questioning, Afsana went live on Instagram and reacted to media reports and claims. She hit back at negative stories. Talking about the questioning, Afsana said, "Many kinds of charges were levelled against me. But I am happy that the matter has reached the NIA and Sidhu Moose Wala will definitely get justice."

She further added, "I am happy that NIA has questioned me for five to six hours. Only the Lord, the NIA and I know what was asked during the interrogation. The investigation of Moose Wala's murder has reached a true agency."

Afsana told, "Sidhu Moose Wala was my brother and always will be. I am from a poor family, and I have earned my place solely because of my singing. Many allegations have been made against me, but now that the NIA is investigating the matter. So I am happy." The singer hit back at people who claimed she has connections with gangsters and was arrested by the investigating agency. 

Sidhu was shot dead in Punjab on May 29. He had collaborated with Afsana on songs like Dhakka and a few more.
