Year-round sunshine, an abundance of five-star resorts and luxurious activities that range from high-octane water sports to award-winning spaces, it's easy to see why tourists head to Yas Island, Abu Dhabi for some much-needed down time. I visited Yas Island at the start of the year. But as it was so enthralling, I had the opportunity to be back and experience the Island with Bollywood’s electrifying superstar, Ranveer Singh, Yas Island’s Brand Ambassador.

Experience the magnificent outdoors at Ferrari World Abu Dhabi. From the Roof Walk, which scales Ferrari World's famous red roof, take in panoramic views of Abu Dhabi. If that isn't enough to frighten you, try the world’s fastest rollercoaster, ‘Formula Rossa’ with a top speed of 240km/h & the Ferrari World Abu Dhabi Zip Line and take on a one-of-a-kind challenge while zipping through the Flying Aces roller coaster loop. Make sure you haven’t eaten much and don’t look down, just close your eyes and feel this rush of happiness! Have an Italian lunch at Mamma Rosella. Great for their Neapolitan style Pizza, pastas and much more.

Plunge into the cool waters of Yas Waterworld Abu Dhabi

At Yas Waterworld Abu Dhabi, you can cool yourself in the cool water and relax. From the Sebag to the Slither's Slide, the Falcon's Falaj and then relaxing at the Amwaj wave pool, these are just a few of the 45 exhilarating rides and slides that can be found nowhere else in the world. Yas Waterworld also features a variety of additional seasonal events and shows, giving visitors the opportunity to make lasting memories with each visit. This one-of-a-kind waterpark, inspired by the UAE's pearl diving legacy, offers families fun-filled activities, the warmest welcome, and the most engaging themed experience in the Middle East. After a great swim, one gets rumbling in their tummy. To do justice to your hunger, head to Chubby’s Kitchen for some lip-smacking burgers, pizza and much more.

Rekindle the inner child in you at the Warner Bros World™ Abu Dhabi

Relive your younger days and have fun at the Warner Bros. World™ Abu Dhabi which is the world's first Warner Bros.-branded indoor theme park, located on Yas Island, the UAE's premier family entertainment and leisure destination. The park brings to life fan-favorite DC Super Heroes such as Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman, as well as iconic Looney Tunes and Hanna-Barbera characters such as Tom and Jerry, Bugs Bunny, Scooby-Doo, and The Flintstones, for the first time in the region. At Warner Bros., visitors are teleported to six immersive regions. It was fun sitting on the Scarecrow Scare Raid – an unmatched thrilling ride where guests will twist and soar through the skies as the diabolical ride creating an exhilarating experience as it ascends in a central column that rotates in a clockwise motion, while the ride’s arms rotate in a 360-degree motion for a truly “twisted” time! After that, a Gala Dinner was arranged for us.

Visit Yas Mall for a lively experience

Take advantage of the opportunity to shop for yourself and your loved ones at the Yas Mall. Yas Mall is a 250,000 m² retail, dining, and entertainment destination, is directly linked to Ferrari World Abu Dhabi and is home to over 400 international brands, 79 restaurants and cafes making it Abu Dhabi’s largest shopping destination.

Where to stay!

The WB Abu Dhabi is the first Warner Bros.-themed hotel in the world, and it has 257 rooms. The themed hotel will be run by Hilton under the Curio Collection by the Hilton brand, making it the first Curio Collection hotel in Abu Dhabi and situated next to Warner Bros. World ™ Abu Dhabi. The WB Abu Dhabi will also house five restaurants, including Sidekicks, The Director's Club, and The Overlook, a lounge with an infinity pool and 360-degree views over the Island, theme park, and Arabian Gulf, in addition to highlighted artworks, characters, and recreations of well-known sitcom scenarios.

Indeed this trip to Yas was truly Khaas along with Ranveer Singh and I would recommend each one of you to visit Yas Island, Abu Dhabi as it is a Destination Like Nowhere Else!
