Showing improvement with every new film, she is making more people sit up and take notice of not just her good looks but most importantly her talent.

In her first film Dhadak, though a remake, Janhvi confidently carried an emotionally-high character effortlessly. Going for a 360-degree change, she played a real-life hero in her second film titled Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl. As the titular character, Janhvi showed maturity and commanded attention. It is often said horror and comedy aren't easy genres to pull off but Janhvi proved them all wrong. Adding a horror-comedy to her filmography at an early stage, Janhvi played the role of a possessed young girl in Roohi. Balancing two diverse characteristics of being innocent and terrifying, the actress showed what she is capable of.

Her next film, Good Luck Jerry, was critically acclaimed. Despite being an OTT release, it was well received. Janhvi was appreciated for her realistic performance in the film which required her to try something out of the box. As the innocent Jerry, who gets trapped in a drugs racket, she won hearts. Good Luck Jerry certainly snowballed her popularity and fan base. Just a few months after impressing all with Good Luck Jerry, Janhvi is back with Mili.

The Hindi remake of Helen stars her in the titular role. Though the film will release in theatres tomorrow, we are sure Janhvi will surprise everyone once again. She plays the role of Mili, who gets trapped inside cold storage.
