According to reports, Janhvi Kapoor has become the owner of a 65 crore rupee duplex apartment in Bandra. The actress along with her father Boney Kapoor and sister Khushi Kapoor reportedly made the purchase on October 12 this year. 

As per the buzz, Janhvi purchased the first and second floors of the Kubelisque Building in Bandra West’s Pali Hill. The apartment is said to be spread over 8,669 square feet, with a carpet area of 6421 sq ft. Reportedly, Janhvi paid Rs 3.90 crores as stamp duty and registration fees.

In July this year, Janhvi sold off her 3,456 sq.ft apartment in Juhu to her Roohi co-star Rajkummar Rao. The actor purchased it for Rs 44 crores with a stamp duty of Rs 2.19 crores. The apartment is said to be is on the 14th 15th and 16th floors in a building in Juhu-Vile Parle Development Scheme.

Workwise, Janhvi's film Mili released in theatres today.
