Aamir Khan and his former wife Reena Dutta's daughter Ira Khan got engaged to her beau Nupur Shikhare on Friday. The ceremony was attended by Ira and Nupur's family members and close friends. Pictures and videos from the engagement went viral on social media.
In a video shared by actress Muskkaan Jaferi, Ira and Nupur can be seen exchanging wedding rings and sealing it with a kiss. The much-in-love couple also did a quick romantic dance as the guests cheered for them.
On the other hand, Aamir grooved to the Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak song Papa Kehte Hain with his cousin Mansoor Khan. For the unversed, the superstar made his acting debut in the film directed by Mansoor. Flaunting his grey hair and beard, Aamir made the guests cheer for him and his cousin.
Ira wore a red strapless dress and white sneakers for her engagement whereas Nupur was dressed in a suit. In September this year, when Ira attended a sports event in which Nupur participated, he went down on one knee with a ring in his hand and asked Ira to marry him. It was a yes.
As per reports, Nupur has been Aamir's fitness coach. Ira has been in a relationship with him for quite some time.
