Sonam Kapoor Ahuja has reportedly sold off her luxurious apartment located in Mumbai's Bandra-Kurla Complex last year. According to reports, the actress sold it for Rs. 32.5 crores to SMF Infrastructure Pvt Ltd.

A stamp duty of Rs. 1.95 crores was reportedly paid for the transaction and the documents were registered on December 29, 2022. As per a report, Sonam purchased the apartment in 2015 for around Rs. 17-18 crores. Sonam's flat is on the third floor of the Signature Island building. It is said to be spread across 5,533 sq. ft.

Sonam, who is married to businessman Anand Ahuja, has homes in London as well as Delhi. Whenever she's in Mumbai, the actress stays with her parents-Sunita and Anil Kapoor. Sonam was in Mumbai for her first delivery. 

She gave birth to a baby boy named Vayu in August 2022.
