Deepika Padukone is celebrating her 37th birthday today and to commemorate the actress’ special day makers and her leading heroes of her upcoming films dropped special posters of the actress. Shah Rukh Khan teased fans with Deepika’s character poster from their upcoming film Pathaan and makers of Prabhas and Deepika’s Project K also dropped her first look from the film.
Taking to social media, Shah Rukh wished his leading lady on her birthday and shared the poster with the caption, “To my dearest @deepikapadukone - how you have evolved to own the screen in every avatar possible! Always proud and always wishing for you to scale new heights… happy birthday… lots of love...”

On the other hand, Vyjananthi Films dropped the actress’ first look from Project K and wrote, “Here's wishing our @deepikapadukone a very Happy Birthday. #ProjectK #HBDDeepikaPadukone.”

Pathaan also stars John Abraham as the main antagonist and is slated to release on January 25, 2023. It is directed by Siddharth Anand under YRF banner. Prabhas and Deepika’s Project K is touted as one of the most ambitious films ever produced by the Telugu industry. The film is said to be set in a dystopian world and is directed by Nag Ashwin. The first look of Deepika from the film reminds one of Zendaya's from the sci-fi film Dune that also starred Timothee Chalamet in the lead. Project K also stars Amitabh Bachchan among others. The film is scheduled to release this year.
