Sunny Deol reunites with Rajkumar Santoshi 26 years after 'Ghatak', to star in the filmmaker's next directorial 'Jis Lahore Nai Dekhya O Jamyai Nai'

Year after several reports and speculations of their massive fallout, filmmaker Rajkumar Santoshi and Bollywood icon Sunny Deol have decided to join hands once again for the filmmaker's dream project. Titled Jis Lahore Nai Dekhya O Jamyai Nai, the film happens to be based on writer Asghar Wajahat's much-popular play which goes by the same name. At the trailer launch event of his directorial comeback Gandhi Godse - Ek Yudh, Rajkumar officially made the big announcement. 

Talking about their collaboration, Rajkumar said, "Asghar and I became friends through his famous play Jis Lahore Nai Dekhya O Jamyai Nai. We were working on it and we are planning that film. We are starting the film in March. I am making it with Sunny Deol, we are working together after 24-25 years."

For the unversed, it was all over the reports that Sunny and Rajkumar had a bitter fallout after they gave us Ghayal, Ghatak and Damini. The reason for that friction has never been confirmed; theories have floated but they are all speculative.
