Kangana Ranaut reacts to Diet Sabya’s post of her iconic catwalk from film Fashion, says ‘was born with swag’

Kangana Ranaut’s portrayal of supermodel Shonali Gujral in Madhur Bhandarkar’s Fashion is one of her most unforgettable performances from the initial days of her acting career. The actress even bagged a National Award for her performance in the film which was headlined by Priyanka Chopra Jonas and also starred Mugdha Godse, Arjan Bajwa and Sameer Soni. On Tuesday evening, a clip of Kangana’s astounding catwalk as the showstopper from the film was shared by the notorious fashion account Diet Sabya much to the delight of the netizens. Kangana also reshared the post and commented that she is born with swag even though she did not know the word when she was a teenager and did the film.

Kangana highlighted that back in the day she had no idea what the word ‘swag’ meant but accepted that she was born with. She wrote, “When I was a teenager just 18 years old, didn’t even know a word called swag exists. I had it. Ha ha, one is born with it. Can’t be taught (wink face emoji)."

Diet Sabya shared the video with the caption, “When it comes to fashion and cinema, this moment is the cultural reset. Very few things come close. Thoughts. Feelings.” Netizens whole heartedly agreed with the clip and lauded Kangana for her performance. Some even went ahead and said that she eclipsed Priyanka in the film. On the work front, Kangana is busy starring and directing Emergency in which she plays the role of former Indian Prime Minister Indira Gandhi. She also has Tejas in which she plays a fighter pilot and is producing Tiku Weds Sheru starring Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Avneet Kaur. She will also star in a sequel to the 2005 Tamil film Chandramukhi.
