Former actor Imran Khan parted ways with his wife Avantika Malik after being married for almost 10 years. While the reason for divorce isn't clear, rumours indicated that he found love in South actress Lekha Washington. In 2021, there were reports claiming Lekha to be the reason behind Imran and Avantika's divorce, however, that was unverified information.
Now, Imran's dating rumours with Lekha gained ground once again. The rumoured couple was spotted at an event in Mumbai on Sunday evening. Pictures and videos of Imran and Lekha holding hands during the outing went viral on social media. They're yet to comment on their alleged relationship.
Imran, in his brief acting career, worked with Lekha in a film. They did Vishal Bhardwaj's black comedy titled Matru Ki Bijlee Ka Mandola. It co-starred Pankaj Kapur and Anushka Sharma. The film released in 2013.
The former actor shares a daughter named Imaara with Avantika.
