Amitabh Bachchan joins Tiger Shroff and Kriti Sanon in Ganapath; Pooja Entertainment's dystopian action film to release on October 20, 2023

Tiger Shroff and Kriti Sanon are all set to take the action benchmark several notches higher with their upcoming film Ganapath. The film directed by Vikas Bahl was scheduled to release in theatres on Christmas 2022 but got delayed due to undisclosed reasons. Now, the first part of India's maiden dystopian action franchise has got its release date. Along with the new release date, the makers also gave a surprise by announcing a new addition to the star cast. 

Amitabh Bachchan has joined Tiger and Kriti in Ganapath. He is said to be playing an important role in the action spectacle. It will be Tiger and Kriti's first film with the legendary Mr. Bachchan. Further details about his character are kept under wraps. Ganapath will be releasing in theatres on October 20, 2023. The makers announced it with a teaser and unveiled Tiger's look from the film.

Sharing the teaser, Tiger wrote, "Aisi ek duniya jahaan aatank ka hai raaj, wahaan Ganapath Aa Raha Hai banke apne logo ki awaaz Unleashing the magnanimous entertainer #GanapathOn20thOctober 2023! In cinemas this Dussehra."

In a statement, producer Jackky Bhagnani told, "I have always been a fan of seeing this new world through the lens of cinema, that’s what really excited me about this film. And I am thrilled, excited and can’t wait for the audiences to witness and visually experience this new dystopian world of Ganapath. As always, it’s been our endeavor to bring to the audience larger-than-life cinema and Ganapath will surely enthrall you with its unique and picturesque storytelling."

Pooja Entertainment presents Ganapath in association with Good Co. Directed by Vikas Bahl, the film is produced by Vashu Bhagnani, Jackky Bhagnani, Deepshikha Deshmukh, and Vikas Bahl will hit the screens worldwide in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada.
