Bollywood actor Swara Bhasker surprised her fans on social media with the news of her court marriage on February 16. Swara married her boyfriend and Samajwadi Party’s state youth president Fahad Ahmad. The actor shared a video on social media giving a timeline of her relationship with Fahad. Soon after, the actress confirmed that the newlyweds will celebrate their wedding with grand celebrations in March.
Now, we have received some new details about their wedding celebration. Swara has opted for an intimate wedding at her nani’s house in Delhi. The preparations have already started and she is detailing all the rituals. Post the Holi celebrations, the couple will kick-start their pre-wedding festivities on March 11. From Mehendi to sangeet, the functions will follow.
As per a media report, "Swara is giving the destination wedding a miss and instead opting for an intimate and emotional wedding at her nana and nani’s house in Delhi. The preparations have already started and she is detailing all the rituals. She has been planning them to the T. With Holi and her wedding ceremonies lined up one after the other, there is a lot to celebrate."
Wedding invites have also been sent out to friends, which say “Join us and share the happiness we celebrate, the madness that is ‘us’ this Basant.” The source added, “The couple is excited about the upcoming functions from haldi, mehendi, sangeet, wedding and the reception. They are looking forward to celebrating their union in front of friends and family.”
