It is unbelievable news. Veteran actor and filmmaker Satish Kaushik is no more. He was 67 years old. An alumnus of the National School of Drama and Film and Television Institute of India, he started his illustrious career with theatre followed films. He passed away in the wee hours of Thursday.
According to reports, Satish breathed his last due to a massive heart attack while visiting someone in the NCR. He was reportedly travelling in his car when he suffered a heart attack. The actor was rushed to a hospital. Reportedly, his body is at the Fortis hospital, Gurugram, and will be brought to Mumbai after the postmortem.
Known for acting in Hindi films for almost 40 years, Satish played iconic roles in Mr. India, Deewana Mastana, Brick Lane, Saajan Chale Sasural and many others. Apart from acting, he directed films such as Roop Ki Rani Choron Ka Raja, Prem, Hum Aapke Dil Mein Rehte Hain and Tere Naam, among others.
