Satish Kaushik's untimely demise has left a void in the Hindi film industry. Known for his impeccable comic timing and finesse in pulling off any character, the actor-director was a gem of a person who knew how to make people fall in love with him. Conquering the entertainment industry with his ever-smiling face, Satish was among the most active actors. At 67, he was experimenting with diverse roles just for the purpose of entertaining his fans.
Satish passed away during the wee hours of Thursday in Delhi. He was travelling in his car when he felt uneasy around 1 am and asked the driver to take him to a hospital. Unfortunately, he couldn't make it through. While the actor par excellence isn't physically present among us, the magic of his craft shall remain alive through his upcoming projects. Before his demise, he completed most of his projects including films and web shows.

Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan
Satish acted in Salman Khan's Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan. Reportedly, he has an important role to play in the ensemble film which also stars Shehnaaz Gill, Raghav Juyal, Pooja Hegde, Siddharth Nigam, Palak Tiwari, and Venkatesh Daggubati. It will release in theatres on Eid this year.
Emergency
Satish will be seen in the role of Jagjivan Ram in Kangana Ranaut's directorial Emergency. He shared the screen space with his best friend Anupam Kher and Kangana. The period drama will release in theatres on October 20 this year.
Patna Shukla
Satish was signed for the role of a judge in Patna Shukla, a film produced by Arbaaz Khan. Raveena Tandon is also headlining the film.
Kaagaz 2
Satish had directed and acted in Kaagaz. He had reunited with Pankaj Tripathi for its sequel titled Kaagaz 2. Anupam Kher, Darshan Kumaar, and Neena Gupta are also a part of it. Satish wrapped the shoot of Kaagaz 2 in January.

Guns & Gulaabs
Satish teamed up with Raj & DK for their upcoming series Guns & Gulaabs co-starring Rajkummar Rao, Dulquer Salman, Adarsh Gourav, and Gulshan Devaiah. The release date of the show is yet to be announced.
Pop Kaun
Satish acted in Farhad Samji's upcoming series Pop Kaun co-starring Johny Lever, Saurabh Shukla, Kunal Kemmu, Nupur Sanon, Jamie Lever and others.
