SS Rajamouli hosts RRR's Oscars success party in Los Angeles; Naatu Naatu composer M. M. Keeravaani plays the piano, Ram Charan poses with trophies

Veteran composer M. M. Keeravaani and lyricist Chandrabose received an Oscar for RRR's Naatu Naatu in the Best Original Song category. Directed by SS Rajamouli, the film is headlined by Ram Charan and Jr. NTR. Rahul Sipligunj and Kaala Bhairav lent their vocals to the foot-tapping dance number. After winning the award, Rajamouli hosted a party at his Los Angeles residence. 

M. M. Keeravaani, Ram Charan, his wife Upasana Konidela and other team members of RRR attended the party. Upasana shared glimpses from the bash on her Instagram stories. At the celebration, Keeravaani played the piano as the guests cheered for him. Ram Charan posed for a picture with all the trophies won by RRR

While accepting the award, Keeravaani said, "Thank you Academy. I grew up listening to The Carpenters and now here I am with the Oscars." He sang a song, "There was only one wish on my mind. So was Rajamouli and my family. RRR has to win. Pride of every Indian and must put me on top of the world." He signed off saying, "Thank you Kartikeya for making this possible."

At the Oscars 2023, Deepika Padukone announced the live performance of Naatu Naatu on the stage. A bunch of American dancers recreated the song for the audience and got a standing ovation for their act.
