Hrithik Roshan is returning as Major Kabir Dhaliwal with the sequel of War. PeepingMoon.com exclusively informed its readers that Aditya Chopra, the head of Yash Raj Films, has roped in Ayan Mukerji to direct the film. Taking the YRF Spy Universe forward, War 2 promises to be an adrenaline-pumping thriller.
Now, shooting up the excitement for War 2, the makers have signed Jr. NTR opposite Hrithik. Further details on his character in the sequel are yet to be disclosed in the media. The shooting of War 2 is expected to start around November this year.

War released in 2019 and was directed by Siddharth Anand, who delivered a blockbuster with Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone and John Abraham's Pathaan. The thriller also starred Tiger Shroff and Vaani Kapoor.
