Yash Chopra’s wife and mother of Aditya Chopra and Uday, Pamela Chopra passed away today morning on April 20, 2023. After the news of her demise broke on social media, an old video featuring Pamela and Shah Rukh Khan has gone viral.
The video is from the 1000-week celebration of Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge (DDLJ) with SRK and Kajol. In the video, Pamela showcases singing prowess as she sings Tujhe Dekha Toh Yeh Jana Sanam. Pamela had sung the song Ghar Aaja Pardesi in the film.

Pamela was admitted in Lilavati Hospital for pneumonia for the past 15 days. Her family issued a statement requesting privacy.
