Diljit Dosanjh has clarified his comment during his Coachella performance regarding the Indian flag has been taken out of context. He said during the concert, “Eh mere Punjabi bhain bhraawan layi, mere desh da jhanda laike khadi aa kudi, eh mere desh layi, negativity ton bacho, music saareyan da saanjha".
What Diljit meant was that his performance was dedicated to his country. However, a certain section on the internet, that could not understand his Punjabi, started targeting him for direspecting the Indian flag. Now, Diljit has fired back asking people to use 'google' if they don't understand what he said. Here's what the actor-singer tweeted:
