Deepika Padukone and Ranbir Kapoor's Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani found a space in the category of path-breaking cinema. The film will complete 10 years this month. Directed by Ayan Mukerji, it went on to become a blockbuster. During a virtual interaction with fans recently, Ranbir reportedly spoke about the sequel of Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani. 

A fan reportedly asked which film of his, except for Brahmastra, he 'would want to do a sequel of'. In response to the question, the actor replied, "I think Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani would make a good sequel."

He further revealed, "Ayan also had a very nice story, I remember, but then he went into this Brahmastra journey. But, never say never. He might make it after a couple of years." Talking about what the plot of the film could be, Ranbir added, "I think the story will be 10 years forward where Bunny, Naina, Avi and Aditi, where they are in their lives. I think it’ll be quite interesting and nice to explore those characters."
