Shah Rukh Khan is a people's person and his fans would agree. Recently, when a 60-year-old cancer patient and an ardent admirer of the superstar expressed her desire to meet him at least once in her life, he proved why people call him 'King'. 

After Shah Rukh learnt about this desire of Shivani Chakraborty, a resident of Khardah in West Bengal, he made a video call to her and spoke to the terminally ill patient for almost 30 minutes. The superstar apparently promised to visit her and her daughter Priya in Kolkata. He invited himself to Priya's wedding too.

Reportedly, Shah Rukh made a special demand and said he would visit Shivani's Kolkata home to have home-cooked fish curry. As per reports, the superstar also recited a dua for her well-being. 

Workwise, Shah Rukh was last seen in Pathaan. He has Jawan and Dunki coming up this year.
